Counter clockwise rotation on the engine - narrows down the field a bit. With the stylized tail I'm guessing French, although altogether it almost isn't ugly enough.

N-10 it is. I thought the N-10 was a sparsely known one-off, but I should have know if it floats, you have it catalogued away somewhere in your cranium. :icon29:
