It does have an Albatros looking tail but it is not.

I'm pretty sure this is a Renard R.S.V. 22/230 "Titan" of 1929 from Belgium.

Yes indeed, what you saw is the small Arezzo airport which is located about 500 meters from my home and in fact there is a rather dilapidated FIAT G91 parked outside the Landing strip.
By the way we have a very lively airport club with many members with various activities including parachutism, tuition courses etc.etc.
Shortly I'll let you have my today's proposal

By my reply I didn't mean to imply that Moses may have jumped to the right conclusion by looking up the reg number it was more a memento for myself to make sure next time to delete obvious clues.

We are all aware of Moses knowledge (by far superior to mine)!
