Let's try something a little more moody...

That, sir, is a Mitsubishi Ki-2-1.

The chappie in the front turret is yelling for somebody to bring the propellers so they can get going........

:very_drunk: on the Mitsubishi.

I could not decide if there were no props or if they were spinning and not picked up in the photo.

In similar vein, another twin (or is it - :wiggle: ??) with props - of unusual design. Should be very easy (and it's probably been here before) but this is a nice photo and I just like it !

Hi Lefty
Gentlemen this is a Piaggio P23 of 1935 only one built soon dismantled...
Cheers
BG

PS BTW four Isotta Fraschini engines were fitted in the fashion in vogue in those days....

The P.23 is one of my alltime favorite designs. If only a modeler would have a go but I don't think any 3-views or cockpit photos exist.

BG is of course correct - the Piaggio P.23M.

'Dismantled' - perhaps, but only after a fatal crash....

Over to Italy - :very_drunk:

Here is an overly panted twin...

Hi Moses
This fellow is a SETCA (I don't know what this acronym means) LLP of 1937 built in douce France and fitted with a Régnier 4-EO (only one built I believe).
BTW nice pic Moses the only one I have is horrible
BG

SETCA means Société d'<wbr style="font-size: small; color: rgb(84, 84, 84); font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; ">Études Techniques et de Constructions Aéronautiques. Company for technical studies and aircraft manufacturing.

Is that the Fizir FN '6' with the Mercedes engine, BG ??

Hi Lefty!
It isn't Fizir and it isn't a Mercedes engine however you're obviousoly in the right country and I suggest you should look into the other important manufacturer.....
Cheers
BG
