The worlds Most Beautiful Car?

My Grey 1987 Honda Accord LX with 450,000 miles that I bought in 1990 for 2,500 bucks.
Ok maybe not beautiful to anyone but me but I love her warts and all.

It's amazing - the variation of tastes that you find, even in a relatively small sample like Newshawks.
Here's one opinion that rates possibly the greatest ever Pure Form car design - the Citroen DS - as Ugly.
There's another, that reckons possibly the crassest retro mishmash ever, and easy winner of the Worst Possible Resolution of Rump - the Mercedes SLS - is fetching!

I suppose that's what supports all the interesting different designs we see, otherwise they'd all look like an E-Type :d

Ooh wait a minute - has anyone mentioned the Aston DB9?
Sheer poetry, that one.

I am partial to the A type Miatas...i am biased because i own a 97 STO edition. However I think it's beauty is derived and influenced by classic euro sportscar designs. ie Lotus It is a simplistic and fun car to drive, not overrun with plastics and gadgets. My uncle has an RX-8 which I thought was a fine car tho I thought the interior was too modern and 'angled' it had much more of a spaceship look where as my miata has the simpler classic interior look....then again im biased :wiggle: IMO so many cars these days look relatively genaric, cheeswedges on wheels, SUVs look like rollerskates.

I do have a soft spot for the MX-5/Miata, in fact I think it's next on our shopping list. I have to admit though I do prefer the slightly chunkier hard top Mk 3.5 as far as looks go.
