To all,
I wanted to pass along to you that the fourth installment of the Tuskegee Airmen is coming along nicely. Missions 65 thru 84 are completed, along with mission 86. I am helping Devildog73 with the missions, mainly creating and tweaking the .dyn files. I am working on missions 85 and 87-90 today and tomorrow.
These missions are the most challenging yet, with many long-range escort missions including Ploesti, Munich, Auschwitz, and Southern France. In addition, there are plenty of strafing missions, with targets in along the French Riviera, Greece, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and Yugoslavia.
You start in the P-47 "Jug," and then switch to the "Cadillac of the skies," the P-51 Mustang. You begin flying the "b" model, and then switch to the bubble-top "d" model. Opponents include the cream of late-war German and Italian fighters, from Fiat G-55s and Macchi Mc-205s to Focke-Wulf Doras and Me-262s.
The last mission (90) has a date of December 17th, 1944. So, the war only has a little more than five months left.
