• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Unfair SOH rumour at Flightsim...Admins?

I think that may be due to the fact that there was a problem with hackers, piracy, malicious virus code... etc., a while back that was comming from those places. The Admins here can answer that question better than I can tho.

As for the matter of the current issue over at the Flightsim forums... I would challenge anyone who has anything derrogatory to say about SOH. That's one reason why I no longer post in that forum. My hat is off to Nigel for stepping in on our behalf, as well as Willy and Jagdflieger for following through. For what it's worth...

Confirmed....SOH is being blocked in China....that's a real pity because that's the only destination I fly to where we don't stay only 1day but between 4 and 6 days...sigh...

Gee, never been part of an elite before. Seriously, I've been through all the hacking attempts. Netwings never came back on line. Anything that can be done to stop hacking is ok in my book. :sniper:

indeed so; my own ISP at the time here in UK blocked SOH; their loss; I moved to a different ISP

seems once a 'site' gets on an ISP 'block' list; they never remove it.
