VC not displaying in David Maltby's DH 106 Comet series???

Hi Does anybody know why I cant get the VC to show up on David Maltby's Comet 4C these is one included with the panel (there's a screenshot of it on the page) but no matter what manner i install it It just will not show up? has anyone else had this problem?

Never had an issue with Lord Maltby of Hatfield's Comets (well, he should be!!), and I'm not at my home PC right now to confirm what I'm about to say but.......

... have you installed all the files on David's site? There is an element of sharing files between models (from memory things like the panel & sound folders go into "the whatever it is conv" folder, and are aliased from there) - it might be as straightforward as that. Also, without checking, it may be possible that not all of the models actually have a VC.
 
Have you got a file in the main AIRCRAFT file called "DMFS Shared Files". In that file you should have three files
DH106 Comet 4 Documentation
DH106 Comet 4 Panel VC
DH104 omet 4 Sound

That is where you will find the panel with all the gauges in it, so put the DM Comet.cab in your main GAUGES file.In the download of the Comet open the panel file and it should say

alias=DMFS Shared Files\DH106 Comet 4 Panel VC.for the panel.

alias=DMFS Shared Files\DH106 Comet 4 Sound. for the sound.



All David Maltby's aircraft (VC10, BAC111) are set up this way.
