Virtavia A-4 Skyhawk available

I will be doing VA-55 next....actually....I am looking at doing a pack of planes from the Hancock......at least one from every squadron, and VA-164 will get more than one.

VA-305 I won't do only because they never flew E/F models, they went right from early skyhawks to A-7's

I have a gorgeous photo in an old book with a VA-55 climbing out over the Hancock , No.513  I scan and post as it gives a good scale to the aircraft on that class, requires a little edit as its caught between the center page

Yowser Skyhawer4m that is bloody brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Credit Card blinking at the sunlight now and purchasing this bad boy. Thanks very so much for whipping this great paint!

No I never got to see any RNZAF Skyhawks in Australia except back in March 1971 one visited NAS Nowra for an overnight talk with our AWIs (Air Warfare Instructors) otherwise No.75 Squadron were all visiting at RAAF Williamtown. Then probably early in the 1990s I saw two in the distance at low level beetling along near the shore (land side) when I was on top of a small hill (about 1,000 feet above them) on the mid-North Coast of NSW. It was amazing to me to hear the distinctive sound of those J52s after a very long time.
