Virtavia Tornado Repaints

Hi everyone I recently purchased the Alphasim/Virtavia Tornado F.3 brilliant piece of kit but im surprised that there isnt many repaints. Ive checked the usuall sites Flightsim.com AVSIM etc. Just wondering if there are anymore out there.
 
There was an "Alphasim" Tornado Non-RAF Add-on offered for the jet back when it was an Alphasim product. Not real sure if Virtavia has that available or not. When I purchased the Tornado F.3 from Alphasim way back when I also got the "Non-RAF" pack with it. I agree with you though... a bit odd there isn't a lot of repaints out there for it. Such a magnificent bird.

Never saw the Non RAF pack theres only a few repaints id like for it and they would be a Qintetiq, 43 sqn black and the 25th anniversary scheme for it.
 
If you wanted the Non-RAF Pack you might send Phil at Virtavia an e-mail... pretty sure he's still around. Me thinks UKMIL did that for the Tornado F.3 when it was an Alphasim product. I was just over at the UKMIL site and I didn't see anything specific for the Virtavia model but I believe it is still the same as the Alpha Tornado. Otherwise you could request those repaints or ask for help doing them I reckon. Matt Wynn may know where some repaints for it may be... but I sure don't. :confused:

I still fly the Alpha Tornado, but only with the one skin it came with. Like I say, too bad no one took the Alpha "Tiffie" under their wing and did some skins for it.

EDIT: OOOops.. sorry I'm mistaken, those are for the the ALPHA Typhoon. By bad.

erm.... funny thing y'know.... :icon_lol: i had started to whack some Polemikh Aeroporia markings and Ghost camo on one a few weeks back... was just toying with it, only had the left wing done before i moved onto work...

EDIT: Search at Flightsim for "Tornado, Alphasim" (no quotes ) and you'll find a BUNCH for the ALPHASIM Tornado done by UKMIL, including the 43 Squadron "Black". Here's a sample:

No worries, mate. It's all good. I downloaded a few of those UKMIL textures for the Alpha F.3 from Flightsim... I'll be putting those on my copy of the Alpha F.3 smartly. BTW, Tiger... If you are so inclined to finish that ghost paint, I'd like to have a go with that one too.
