First: all the best for 2009 :costumes:.

Second: When can I buy OFF3??? I see nothing in the OFF website about this, any release date or did I miss something???
 
It's No-longer in the hands of the Devlopers. A publisher handles printing and distribution, and most official garbage doesn't start until Jan 5, why would THIS be any different ? :ernae:

Basically Dutch, we haven't been given a "release" date yet. Best to just keep checking back here for info.

The word is SOON.
In my dictionary this is described thus:
Before Long
Any minute now
In a little while
In a minute
In a short time
In the near future
Shortly

My prefered take on this tantalizing word is IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

My advice? Don' stray too far from this site.

ME? I've got money on it being announced on a certain date but I'm not saying how much. My mortgage is safe however and I'm still enjoying OFF2!!!!!
 
I'm sort of expecting someone to outlaw this question by now. Or a Sticky that says in the subject in all caps: STOP ASKING ABOUT RELEASE DATES.

Not being rude, just my .02 cents....

Thanks for all the replies, they are funny :applause:, but I was hoping for a answer from somebody who is managing this OFF distribution, not from " I do not know" OFF-forummembers or "fridaymood" troll's with all respect. At least I was hoped the OFF-team would give any reply, I can not image that you hire an contractor without any schedule.

Hey, Dutch, why don't you just try and have some fun 'round here? We're ALL waiting for P3. EVERY DAY we check the Forum SEVERAL TIMES for announcements. But what would it help to promise you a fixed date, when in the end the deliverers wouldn't match it exactly. So what should the dev's say? They promised already, that you'll have it soon (so, we're back to the Smiths song).

I am speaking as one who no longer has money riding on the release ,it has gone,departed,vamoosed,skidaddled . I'm sure you all get the point. I am now trying to find something on which to bet that is a certainty to win my money back. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Please don't tell PeejayH

Well we TRY to answer every question directed but sometimes we miss them and sometimes it may take a day- this isn't instant messaging.

You can not imagine the details no, so hang in there as we have said we are trying our BEST to get this to you ASAP... really.

We did have a schedule, of course. It didn't happen as it should due to Christmas holidays, postal delays, and other unforseen circumstances.

However we have learned not to give absolute dates out until we are 100% sure. Turned out to be a good policy again.


So I'll say it again as soon as we have a date, or it is available you will be amongst the first to know - hang in there.
