Will this laptop (netbook) run FS9?

I just bought this from Radio Shack today. I did not buy it to run FS9, but hey, if it will - cool! Good price at $279 plus tax.

Weighs less than 2 pounds. Very quiet.

I bought it to take on trips. It's basically a no frills laptop, but it connects to the internet wirelessly, and ethernet. Basically it's all I need.

But I thought if it will run FS2004, then I will install it!!!

The main specs aren't bad (Processor and RAM). However, it's probably gonna hurt real bad in the video department. Unless it's got something better than an integrated chip, probably not. :ernae:

Short of installing FS9 and finding out it won't work too good, is there a way to test it?

I installed FS9 on the 4Gb SD card of a Dell Mini 9. Not much oomph in the video department, but it runs.

If my laptop, which has very low graphic's capabilities such as an Intel integrated Media Accelerator 900 graphics card and 1.73 Ghz processor, with an upgrade of 2 Gigs of Ram and 160 Gig SATA Hard Drive.

You'll be fine, you'll just have to limit you sim to a very basic environment. Like Me:icon_lol:
