YF-23 Beta Testing In Multiplayer

I think so. The black one had one engine, and grey another engine, didnt it? The only way to tell the two engines apart externally is the exhaust port/thrust channel or whatever they want to call it. Was there a big difference between the two engines performance? Is that info even declasified? Sorta hard to account for all these variables on a top secret aircraft.

The black one (PAV-1) had the YF119, the engine that the F-22 uses right now, while the grey one (PAV-2), had the YF120.

On second thought, it looks like there's a reason there isn't much on the YF120: It's insane. Variable cycle engine, expensive, and was reportedly more fuel thirsty at some stages while more fuel efficient at others.

I don't understand the argument over the price of this product at all.

My argument is this

For 6 more dollars, one can have the Aerosoft Catalina, comes with what was it, 10 models?

This one comes with 2 I think?

Just saying

The exterior models do represent the differences between the two engines , the performance , IE thrust was effectively the same.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />
As to the number of versions included with the release , there were two made and two included , isn’t that what should be released?
The paint kit is available for any what if versions desired and we invite critique but MenendezDiego , you seem hell bent on finding fault with this model , i am wondering why ? , did we offend you somehow or was it someone you know , at any rate you are doing your best to find reasons not to purchase it and that is your right as a consumer , but to trying to dissuade others before a product is even released speaks of an agenda .
It’s unfortunate that the business of producing addons has become so cut throat as to permit these sorts of behaviours.

I'll probably still buy it, just asking questions. Sorry if they were in a rude manner

This thing is still a WIP. It's improving all the time.

I've seen you in other places staunchly defending IRIS. For that reason, I think you'll really like this aircraft. It's the kind of product IRIS does, but this model has an extremely high clarity 3d model, plenty of systems fo you to operate, and it flies like a dream. It's only competition in the fighter world right now is the Aerosoft F-16, which is hard to beat. I urge you to take into account that it is also priced cheaper than the Aerosoft F-16, and therefore should not be considered a direct competitor.

Once again, I beg of you to remember that this is a WIP. You can pick out glaring model issues and such (you'd be hard pressed to find them), but things that are constantly being tweaked like gauges, lighting and effects shouldn't be fair game unless you're being constructive at this point in this product's life.

:ernae:

We questioned VC detail earlier. Please remember that photobucket destroys my resolution and kills some color, but these are pretty impressive nonetheless. The MLG shot is just to give you an idea of how far down they've worked this. The NLG even has the metal mil-spec plate.

I also need to mention again that this aircraft does NOT bring my FPS down at all, and I run FSX on a three year old dual core machine.
