Screenshots (FS2024)

To celebrate the USA's 250th birthday, and thanks to World Update 22, I'll be flying over all of the updated national parks starting with the ones I've been to IRL (I live in Utah, so that's a lot). Don't worry, I won't post all my screenshots here, but my first flight was out of Jackson Hole to check out the Grand Tetons, and I was very impressed by the improvement.

My next flight was out of Crescent City to check out the California Redwoods, and I got the VERY realistic aerial view you'd get if you flew over at 7:00 am :

I'll have to go back later in the day. Now, I'm off to visit Arches, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, and Zion in my home state.
Anyway, happy birthday, USA. :unitedstates:

A very nice update

Sometimes I have to remember this is a flight simulator.

It certainly is getting that way now. My shot below isn't as scenic or well-composed as yours, but it gives an impression of what the US National Parks update has provided. I flew a little way south of Marble Canyon airport, and already I am blown away. I'll be getting //42's Camp Out add-on, and doing some more exploring in the CowanSim 500.

Check out the Utah canyonands area. You could spend a year in their exploring. It's quite spectacular if red rocks are your thing. I wonder if MS is using AI to bring up the finer detail?
