SH-60 Seahawk

Many years back in I bought the Aerosoft Seahawk Amphibious Assault package, a lovely little setup. But, for some reason, I cannot reinstall it now, it kicks up .ssl errors; mind you, I've got a lovely selection of LHDs, just nothing to fly from them.

So, does anybody know if there is a decent(ish) Freeware model out there? Thank you.

I've got the FSX Seahawk & Jayhawk package, a beautiful piece of work but not backwards compatible. And I've got the UH-60 Blackhawks covered, courtesy of Virtavia. It is just so frustrating that the only game in town for a FS9 Seahawk was the Aerosoft one, and I can't install it. 😞 I did actually contact Aerosoft and their response was "It is an old product, so tough luck", or words to that effect.

Edit - Actually, that is a little unfair on my part. Christian did try to help, but was limited on what he could do.

Do you have the boxed version or the download version of the Seahawk & Jayhawk package?

a way around your dilemma is if you own or purchase a boxed copy e.g. https://www.ebay.com/itm/177192438332 then Aerosoft would be inclined/obliged to send you the most up-to-date installer of the Seahawk & Jayhawk for FS2004, which would be the most complete package in that series for FS2004, and the premise of course being this: https://www.flight1.com/products.asp?vid=arstgm&pid=aero-shjh with the following relevant remark * The FS2004 version is included in the Box/CD-Version only!

The download version.

Thanks, the Wayback link was very useful. And I'll keep an eye out for the boxed version.

I was astonished to find that I have an SH-60 add-on for the base UH-60 by Jordan Moore - both obtained wy back on the old hovercontrol website, although I have no idea how good these models are or whether you think they would be worth the effort of trying . . .

Definitely worth the effort, thank you. Maybe they just need a little tlc.

:wavey:

Thank you, that looks mighty fine. Oddly I would have looked for an Hellenic repaint anyway, for some odd reason I'm hooked on them.
