Aero L-39 Albatros

I dare say that what you have created here, Sir Michael,Sir, is deffinately the pinnacle of what can be achieved with FSX aircraft modeling to date. For one thing, you have turned this strictly nice weather/daylight virtual flyer into a bad weather/dusk/night flying afficionado like ever there was. I just want to sit there in that soft-red-lighted magical cockpit with the bright instrument faces shining at me and the rain tapping onto the slightly crackled perspex canopy and windscreen, never to fly one minute during nice weather daylight again.

My wholehearted congratulations and admiration for this extraordinairy beautiful masterpiece that you have created almost all on your own and in just over one year of development. I fly it like i have just about done nothing much else during my career of 20 years of virtual pilotage.

( hey, guys, did y'all notice that the landinglights lighten up the streaming-by raindrops just in front of the lamps ? :isadizzy: )

Thank you so much for being such a great inspiration, Sir Mike ! :applause::applause::applause: :medals: :medals: :medals:

Cheers,
Jan

That's really kind of you to say Jan, thank you so much. :)

My testers and I have joked a few times during development that this plane may ultimately log more hours flying in the muck than in nice pleasant skies. I see you may be leading the charge into the maelstrom. :) Enjoy the umm...terrible weather, hehe.

Thanks again.

-Mike

First night flight.I wonder if I could do a bare metal version..hmm.

To the team of Lotus your work is really fabulous and a big bravo for this very beautiful present even though it is not Christmas.

I'm very sorry for my poor English, best regards.

Olivier. :wavey:

Is there a special reason that the Breitling is not in the package? but has to be downloaded? I'm asking since there is a dedicated Breitling model in the package but not the paint. Licensing issues maybe? Like Breitling not allowing their paint in payware packages?

Yago, I've noticed that on your Lithuanian the serial number is missing from the fuselage (light blue with the white outline) and something a lot more minor, but there's also an ejection seat warning under the cockpit on the left hand side. But please, if you have photos of a different airframe proving me wrong then by all means, prove me wrong! :d

Apart from that, it looks lovely and I look forward to flying it (as well as the many others you've painted).

bare metal is ok to do, i'm working on a few pearlescent paints, angle dependant to light source colour changes :icon_lol: the L-39 really is Pimp My Plane(s paintjob):icon_lol:

No sir,I dont care if the VC wont be matching the hungarian livery.
I,m notorious on doing inacurate textures and I wont change now.

I kinda have a deja vue on how all this gonna turn.

Hi Mike
splendid :applause::medals:!!!!
Congratulation it's magic :ernae:
I just have a question: why the copilot looks like he is sleeping (he watches up with his head leaning against the headrest) ????
It's not a critique .... just a question: I am so happy to have her in my hangar :jump:

Don't worry, a little bit of constructive criticism never hurt anybody, only the idiots that take it to a whole new level of bashing for the sake of it! ;)
