There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

I remember that airshow. what year was that? do you remember the skyraider that was at one of the Wings of Eagles airshow?WOW!...Talk about a real small world. I am also from the area, Greece NY, and have attended every Wings of Eagles and Historical Aircraft Group shows at Geneseo. I'll never forget the year at Geneseo when they had all the current flying B-17's in attendence, must of been 9 or 10 of them. I am also very familiar with Drum Corps Associates that GypsyBaron mentioned. I used to march in a junior corps from Batavia, Mighty Saint Joes. I also marched and taught The Rochester Crusaders, and spent 6 years with The Empire Statesmen as M&M instructor and drum major. Hmmm not one, but two things in common....LOL
Txnetcop, Gibbage has spotted what he perceives to be a problem - why should he not point it out ? Yes, people have the option of buying the product, and equally people have the option of agreeing or disagreeing with his observations.
Never have I seen another developer criticizing your work, not because there hasn't been anything to criticize...it's just bad form...so I would stop now if I were you. Sometimes discretion is the better part of valor!

Simple solution, if you don't like it, don't buy it.
I can't get onto the A2A store site........COULD IT BE READY?![]()
This is unnecessary! Now how do you suppose this comment would be received by A2A? They monitor this forum and so far they have shown some class!

Thats just the point, im not a developer. Im just an artist, and I have seen plenty of other artist's comment on other people's work. Its called critique. Its something we must all accept to improve our own work, and its something that I not only like, but ask for. Look back at my post's, and you will see I have commented a lot on other people's work, and almost all positive. I should have as much of a right as any other user to critique things, just as people have the right to critique my own work. I agree that bashing the SU P-38 when I had my own P-38 releasing soon was over the line, and I appologized for it, but this is not the case.
Also, if you have a problem with me, please PM me. Its rather bad form to openly bash a user and take a thread off topic, dont you think? Sometimes discretion IS the better aprt of valor.
Sorry. txnetcop seems rather adimit about having it out in the thread instead of through a PM.

My question is, how well received is all the comments in the Alphasim thread? Its a fine line your walking, to allow negitive feedback about some developers, but not others.
If my comment at the end was over the line, I appologize. Again, I was just trying to express my professional openion.
What I think is really cool about this bird is that no matter how many copies they sell, each owner will have a unique B-17 that has it's own quirks and maintenance problems based on how and where they fly it.
"This is my B-17, there are many like it, but this one is mine." This is the Accusim bird I have been waiting for since Accusim came into the world
I think that if you look, you can see it. However, it needs to be said that I think that this has gotten out of hand on all sides...
Please, let's all keep our heads on and our mouths firmly shut.
