Thanks Deimos, I always try apply to unique weathering on all repaints I do. Weathering should be logical and explainable. Before I started to do the weathering on this particular repaint, I suddenly realised that weathering is often limited to some worn paint, exhaust spray and oil strains. From a colleague at work, who is visiting Scandinavia quite often, I heard that there are lot of bugs in the summer or early autumn. Therefore I made some extra dirtmarks which represent the bugs which are hit by the spinner or cowlings.
These aircrafts were the F-22 and JSFs from their time, therefore I don't believe the aircrafts were very worn. Despite the fact they were often serviced under difficult circumstances, a lot of maintenance was done on them.
