A Lockheed "Rounder"

Milton, I have a flap and gear indicator switch that looks like that, but unfortunately I don't have clue where it came from as I've got so many gauges in the folder.

Willy, I know they exist somewhere, but, I do not want to use any gauges without permissions.

I think the flaps and gear indicator thing is a stock CFS gauge, ships with the CFS2 F4U Corsair in fs2002;
the gauge set is a hangover in fs9

Damn.. Now I know why you guys are building this plane. watching those videos from page 54, WOW! what a beautiful aircraft. I know.. it's about time I get with the program. :redf:

Hi Pete, thanks for the heads-up.

I talked with Scott Thomas yesterday who used to do all our gauges. He has the flaps/gear indicating gauge and is looking for the airspeed gauge. If he doesn't have that, he will build it. :jump:
 
I was thinking it was a CFS P-47 gauge that was included in the FS9 gauge folder.

If Scott does it, it'll really be good. When I'm re-gauging a panel for my own use, I look at his gauges first.
 
Now have the ECU sliced up for the control levers. Ready for mapping.

The electrical panel and fuel selectors are just bitmaps at this point.
 
sorry it's taking a while guys, currently relegated to my FSX Laptop for a few days till i can get back at my desktop.... will keep you posted :salute:

bump? what can i say i have the parts from Milton, work has started but i've no way to check it at present till i can get on my Desktop... most likely a few days away yet.... :icon_lol:

Trying to wrap up interior/VC textures, get some labeling done on the ECU and knee panels, added a few misc. items but generally, the model is now in good shape I think.

Scott Thomas will provide our remaining gauge needs this week coming so I can wrap up the panel.

The sounds and FM are done.

Once Matt finalizes this round of textures (and there are a few little things left to do), we can begin assembling a beta package for the 6 models.

LOL The hard work is done; that is getting flight characteristics the way we want them. :)

As a matter of fact, I am going through the cfg now cleaning up some minor contact point issues (sound types, extension/retraction times, scrape points, and drop tank settings), getting the lights right (for military and civilian models), ensuring effects are okay (changed the vclight position and color and effect name), and verifying other parameters throughout.

Should have it to your shortly.
