Little Walden, station 165, was the base for the A-20 equipped 409th Bomb Group during the period March-September 1944. It was then turned over to the Eight Air Force for use by the 361st Fighter Group that flew P-51?s. The Yellowjackets occupied the base from 26 September 1944 to 3 November 1945. This version depicts the base in that period.
