Looks like Virtavia has begun putting up some (former) AlphaSim payware packages at FS Pilot Shop: http://www.fspilotshop.com/index.php?manufacturers_id=333&osCsid=9a25077c770c09e16254d7bede72644c
Hopefully more to come. I was about to get the P2V package when AlphaSim shut down.
.....come with the same ultra-invasive copy-protection scheme as the recent Virtavia FSX Sea King release ?

Thanks a lot for the link, I went there and grabbed it. :salute: Kinda strange that these Virtavia packages of the former AlphaSim planes are not all available at the same vendor. You can get the VIRTAVIA - LOCKHEED P2V-7 NEPTUNE at Simmarket:

So we don't have to speculate I'll ask Phil and report back. Not having bought anything under the new umbrella, this statement is a little worrying. FSD did their reputation a huge amount of damage with overly zealous security policies, accusing many people of piracy when they were just trying to reload product - it would be a real shame if the good name of Alphasim should be similarly tarnished by this new arrangement.![]()
