... and to the Republic for Which We Stand ...

Dave, Nigel, BB686, Hurrucane91, Jagdflieger, Stefan, Sundog, thank you all for your kind and supportive remarks.

Milton, your willingness to revisit parts and pieces (some more than once or twice!) to indulge an OCD painter is a monumental contribution to this paint job if it is to be accepted and successful! Thank you. :salute: :salute:

I think you guys are gonna love this little hot rod. :mixedsmi:

Thank you. Your willingness to help me sort out the issues is most appreciated.

HotRod? Almost. I am only getting about 450 MPH Ground Speed at 10,000' (475 MPH at FL120) but Tom is working to get this number where it should be. :jump:

Yeah, top speed may not be on the mark but it has great acceleration a the low end.

That's one AWESOME bird!! I sure hope it will be for FS9 as well. It looks addictive to fly. Great work as always Mr. Shupe!! Once again, you have set the bar. My best regards, Jeremy :salute:

Thank you JRB. I develop for FS9 (with FSX in mind). The flight model is developed in FSX and tweaked for FS9. The package is tested on both sides for port-over friendliness.

Bare Metal takes the prize. I hope Duckie doesn't mind that I hold up his new WIP metal textures in shining lights. This is definitely an awesome effort although much to do yet. :applause:

Wow!! Very nice!. The shine is PERFECT on the model... not too bright but not too grey either. Excellent work!:medals:

GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY......

Like Little Richard said.....GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY......

Well done Duckie!
Well done Milton!

Well done, indeed.......

LOL! Milton, I'm happy you would want to. As you say, still fine tuning this first of... with lots of credit to Nigel for his encouragement and his willingness to coach me in this freshman effort. Thanks to you both. :salute::salute:

And thanks to all you SOH mates for your encouraging remarks. Lots yet to learn in this new (to me) genre. :running:

Wow, I was hoping for metal textures, but considering how much you guys have done already I thought it would be selfish to ask. Those look outstanding! :)

Really like Duckie's bare metal work, heck I like all your repaints! Most of my favorite Wardbirdsim paints are yours, both painted and bare.

Duckie has created major-magnificent texture work for a very beautiful model.

His praiseworthy textures are among the finest representations of metal I have seen to date.

Congratulations Duckie on your terrific work. :medals:
