AnKor's Shaders

I put cfs3pc2.zip, compositetexturebudgets.xml, MeshBuilderBidets.xml, and precompiledtexturebudgets.xml in the Terrains folder. Nothing in the Terrains_Korea folder.

Cheers mate, I broke my Korea install and had to go back to the original files to bring it back.
Must of failed the install process somewhere, managed to do 11 installs without error just the DPC Korea failed, thought I'd ask as I saw you had installed it without issue.
Edit - No idea what I did first time but second go around its all up and running.

Just a note about installing into multi theatre installs (Rising Sun).
After completing the install into the active game theatre, you will need to copy the "MeshBuilderBudgets.xml", "compositetexturebudgets.xml" and the "precompiledtexturebudgets.xml" from the active terrains folder into each of the terrains folders for the different theatres otherwise the changes wont work and your game may crash.
ETO doesnt have that problem as it only uses one terrains folder for each of the theatres.

Will try that this weekend ! Just maybe the answer i was looking for ! Having issues re installing it right now. Many thanks for the head's up !

I was just searching an install (ETO) and found a compositescenerybudgets.xml and a compositetexturebudgets.xml in my assets folder, should these be deleted or are they ignored because the new ones from the shaders package are in the terrains folder?

CFS3 will find them both and use one or the other unpredictably. Look at both versions and decide which ones you prefer (one may be more taxing on your system than the other), then make that your default and delete the others.

MajorDensity at the largest RingDim in the compositesceneybudgets is the biggest factor for the load on your system.

Ok now Im confused, I have also found duplicate files inside the terrdata.zip file in the terrains folder
compositetexturebudgets.xml
MeshBuilderBudgets.xml
precompiledtexturebudgets.xml
Are they ignored because they are inside the zip file?
