As the nature of things progress...

Outstanding work and a pleasure to fly, Nigel's Avro works in FS9 shown here as well as FSX and P3Dv3! :triumphant:

Take some time and listen to those engines! Go out to the spot view and hear the changes in pitch as the plane is pulled up and pushed down, as well as the turns. The mastery of the subtle changes in sound is AWESOME! It isn't just one sound, it's a complete concert of sounds, ranging from combustion, to the effect of "well oiled" metal against metal. All working together to push that big wooden prop, which adds it's own to the whole sound package. Absolutely jaw dropping!

Add that to a wonderfully mastered visual, and flight model, and a warm, leather strapped, well appointed office for the pilot, and you have a WINNER! Hard to believe it's still, a "work in progress". Well Done, Nigel! :encouragement:

This a true jewel. Masterfully crafted and a real labour of love with an obsessive attention to detail. And it also flies wonderfully, and taxiing sees the plane bouncing and swaying along just as you would expect to watch in an old movie. Everything is just right about this one! And it is not even a release version ;)

I was too busy having fun to take screenshots but i will - although little can be added as those already posted here show off the superb detail. Maybe I can manage to take a movie, haven't tried that for a couple of years!

Man, am I happy when you good people generously devoting so much of your free time to testing, also gain so much pleasure. :)

Thank YOU, Tom! :encouragement:

Sascha, I'm truly honoured, and touched by your very generous comments, my friend! :)

Thank YOU for accepting the challenge of testing these gals, Sir.

Now a movie...that would be AWESOME!...:wiggle:

Oh my goodness!

I am at a loss for words, but I'll try to spit some out anyway...

I loaded the planes into the sim to check them out, and as I flipped through them on the Select Aircraft menu I starter smiling, then giggling, then chuckling and chortling with glee. Woo-HOO !!!

Utterly amazing! I haven't been so flabbergasted by a new plane in longer than I can remember.

Great work Nigel!
THANK YOU !!!

Thank YOU, Sir! - Very much appreciated. :ernaehrung004:

Now down to the nitty-gritty of catching me some gremlins. :)

Well.....what can I say, that hasn't been said already?

Initial impressions........it's just how I remember the original plane! (NZ203) Just add smell-o-vision and you'd have it nailed!

Outstanding effort!

Well done that man! :very_drunk:

'AVRO 621 Trainer' off to our test pilots tomorrow...

But for now; could do with some crisp winter air to clear the cobwebs...

I'll bet that pilot is warm and toasty, getting some heat on his feet from that big 7 cylinder radial, pulling that Tutor along.
