There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Flew pretty well in 2024. Hunting about the cockpit for the prop controls? Were these by chance fixed pitch? Had a little glitch releasing the parking brake and made a keyboard binding for that.
Glad to see a great freeware following in the tradition of our own Milton Shupe.
It has rpm gauges. they are on the left side of the panel They are of the vertical type rather than round gauges. Thanks! Interesting that these have a MP gauge rather than RPM? Nice aircraft!
Great repaints JanKees.. I really hope we see the Canadian-built versions being released too, and encourage DSD to move ahead on that.
"The aircraft is represented as RCAF 7401, which served throughout WWII with #18 SFTS at Vulcan, Alberta. The restoration undertaken by the volunteers of this Museum was assessed as “Likely the best quality and most authentic Mk.II in the world today”. On Sunday, July 20th, the Practically Geek Youtube channel will be having a live stream preview of the freeware Avro Anson being done by DSD Simulations for MSFS 2024 - which sounds like it will be released soon. As I'm sure others will recognize, these are conversions of the FSX FSAddon Ansons.
