File Library Teams

Hi Gordon,

Thanks for doing the driveable vehicles. They've gone into the general CFS3 Others section. I've moved them to the CFS3 Others/Driveable Vehicles section.

I can start on the AVH newer aircraft section tomorrow if thats ok.

I noticed the entry in the new resource area doesn't have the same folder structure of the old Warbirds library, do I create that as I go?
For example from the old warbirds area

To contact Dangerousdave the quickets way is to go to the 1st post of this thread than click on his name. Than the Start Conversation button.

As for why some of the folder structures are missing I don't know and not sure what to do than. Above my staff badge. Dave or kdriver may be able to add the missing folders.
 
The AVH Newer Aircraft categories are missing from the new library at the moment. Better wait until they are added.

Would you like to start on the German Skins section? There are 57 entries. Start on the last file and work your way forward.
 
Hi Guys

Pat Pattle is doing the CFS3 skins, so that would duplicate.

Dave just added the missing 4xx sections. He shortened the name by removing the word Current. There is an issue with long names and how the categories display on the resources page. They get truncated and without going into them you don't know what the full name might be.

65olschool, go ahead with those sections.
 
How can i help ? Can do this with a little help. Plan on staying up late if this would help save SOH for the future of the sim. Let me know what i can do and how to do it. Regards,Scott

The CFS3 Aircraft Add-ons British Aircraft (279 files) needs to be transferred. If you want to take it on, we'll assign it to you

Read Allens' instructions PDF for what to do. I'll get Dave to assign the permissions you will need.

Where do i download the files ? Can't find the old site. Do i find them here ? Never done anything like this before. Sorry if i sound stupid. Read the PDF ,and it doesn't say.
 
Don't know if i can finish in time. Don't know how to copy the information. Have a nervous condition and it make typing and writing very difficult. Will take much time and between my work and this i don't think i can make it in time. It is better that someone with no handicap to do this. Took a hour just to do a few downloads and writing down info. Sorry. Disappointed in myself guys.
 
I can do sixstrings5859 entries if needed, I can put some time in over Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights or if there is no urgency I can do them next weekend.
