FS2004 Screenshots Here!!!

Ok SoD, yes I appreciate we all have installs with stuff from years ago, and it's difficult to remember what, when, where etc ha ha!

It looks very nice, so if you wouldn't mind giving it a go and seeing, many thanks.

Cheers

Shessi

So, I came home and didn't do what you asked about.

Zinertek Ultimate Water Advanced (payware)

These are the best water textures for FS9 that I've tried (and there were a lot of them).
In my opinion, of course. ))))))))))

(Textures of sky and clouds - REX, if anyone is interested.))))))

If we're talking about our favorite airports and scenarios, then I won't stay away either.

Although I have lived in Donetsk all my life, but now I will tell you about another city where I spent two not of the worst years of my life.
Kharkov.
Today it is Ukraine, and then, at the very end of the 1980s, it was still the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

The scheme was like this.
At 8 a.m. on Saturday, I snatched the certificate of leave from the hands of the company commander – taxi – airport – Let L-410 or An-24 – and by noon I was at home, surrounded by friends, girls and beer.
Late Sunday evening, I'm at the Donetsk railway station. Overnight on the train, and at 8 a.m. on Monday, I report to the company commander about my arrival at the barracks.
And so on repeatedly.
Well, you understand what I've been doing in Kharkov for two years. )))))))

A small Stalin's-style airport building. Kharkov-Osnova (UKHH)
N207.jpg

In the 9th sim, a large photoscenery of the city and its surroundings (50x40 km.) with custom buildings, factories, etc. is attached to the scenario of Kharkov airport.
The airport and the city itself have not changed at all since the 1970s. And although the scenery of the 2000s, it can also be used as retro.
N208.jpg

Eastern Kharkov.
On the roof of one of these houses, I met one of the most beautiful sunrises of my life, which I will remember forever.
Summer morning, city view, cute girl nearby… And yes, the only clothes the two of us were wearing were my army cap... )))))))
N209.jpg

Kharkov-North airfield (UKHD), also known as Antonov Aircraft Factory. It's also included in the scenery.
In the 80s, An-72 was built on it. I've seen their test flights more than once. After the collapse of the USSR, everything froze here too.

From the east, a small scenery of the Rogach (Chuguev) (UKHW) military airbase adjoins the phototerrain.
It is installed separately, but it fits perfectly with the Kharkov scenery.
N212.jpg

Here it is. Planes on the ground are static, not traffic.
N213.jpg

We're going back. Kharkov city center and administrative buildings. Nothing has changed here either since Soviet times. Including the monument to Lenin (bottom right). However, it has already been demolished.… The surrounding courtyards, parks, and alleys can tell a lot of interesting things about the military police patrols chasing after some nimble soldiers... ))))))
N214.jpg

To the west of Kharkov, a small ground airfield Korotich (UKHY) is included in the scenery. I have no memories of him. I only found out about it at all when I installed this scenery.
N215.jpg

Just a nice little airfield. I often use it to test small planes and helicopters.
N216.jpg

That's my favorite scenery.
Thanks for watching)))

i particularely like the City with its Typical Soviet Panelkas. But also all the Airports which fit perfectly to the Photoreal surroundings.
Also i do like the love to detail Igor Babic paid to those Sceneries.

Provided by FlyLogic Switzerland Professional X for FS2004

Yes, together with SwissPro, the mountains look great.
I would certainly have installed it myself if I had flown there often.

But the last time I flew over the Swiss Alps was in March (judging by the screenshot creation date). The combination of mesh, Ultimate Terrain Europe and the textures of the ORBX (slightly illegal )))) suits me quite well.
I was flying, if I'm not mistaken, from Geneva to Vienna, but I forgot about some of the features of the DC-2 engine at high altitude (for this aircraft).
N125.jpg

I didn't understand anything myself. Everything was fine on the instruments.
N123.jpg

I landed in Innsbruck and it wasn't easy.

Dragon 326 over KCHS (MAIW scenery).
The 444th FIS was based at Charleston AFB during the early 1960's. Callsign is still unknown but they were called The Gargoyles.

Airbasil, what scenery where you using for Crete and Heraklion (LGIR) Intl.?

- FSDG Heraklion X Airport Scenery (Sold by Aerosoft)
- Crete Photoreal by Hellenic Actual Scenery (the former Greek Airports GAP / Hellas Scenery HSP Team)
They provided a Photoreal for the whole Greece… but unfortunately it is not available anylonger… as the former Greek Airports Team Website has closed down as well…
