The water textures are part of the Great Barrier Reef Scenery which is part of Orbx Australia V2 pack. A great add-on as it essentially enhances the entire continent.

Fitzroy Island is also a part of Orbx Australia V2. Lady Elliott Island (shown above) is Ants Airplanes freeware (lots of great scenery found there - link below).
