Hawk T2 Released 6/15 (Freeware) (But Two Payware Planes Required)

A silly question the RAF pilot overrides the default pilot is there a way to stop this, apart from restarting the sim after taken the RAF folder out of the community folder?

Not a silly question at all. I'm afraid the answer is "nope". It clearly says it's a repaint of the default jet pilot.

So the good news is that Nattani issued an update to the T2 back in September. But now I can't get the sounds (from the T-45, which I own) to work. I followed my own instructions per here and still the planes (both the T2 and Mk 127) are silent. They accelerate and fly more or less correctly - just without sound.

Anyone else have this issue? In particular, anyone who's slaved the T2's sound references in the aircraft.cfg to the T-45 - maybe I missed something ...

My T-45 is also updated per IFE's latest update from a couple months back.

Anyone have any ideas on my sounds issue? I’ve even tried copying over a different sound folder and mapping to that in the aircraft.cfg - I can’t get an alternate sound set to work.

And in case it wasn’t obvious, no I don’t own the JF Hawk. I was somehow able to use the IFE T-45 sounds before the update.
