Hello Boxcar, my old friend!

I will just as soon as it's done. The Boxcar is a pure FSX aircraft, exported using the FSX SDK that just happens to work extremely well in P3D as well as FSX. One model, two sims! (y)

I am only posting all the stuff here because I am testing in P3D and my FSX graphics suck after a driver update (I must get around to re-doing all the Nvidia Inspector settings again, if I can remember how to do it!) and the screenshots are really pixelated and low-res.
Static reflections in P3D?

In the early days of this project I was constantly being bugged to build a Stinger but I had too much work on to think about all the extra work involved.

I decided that I should really test out the tanker version in P3D. It works fine in FSX and is fully FirefighterX ready.

On the approach run. According to the regulations full flaps must be used and the JATO pack must be running below 500 ft AGL.

The tanks are select-able and split into four zones so that you can make up to four runs. In this case I decided to drop the whole load in one go!

This is a shot from above where the drop is about three-quarters of the way to the target.

I am happy to report the non-FFX drop system is working fine. I am not sure if Firefighter X even worked in P3D and the product has now been discontinued for the Lorby-SI website.

That's another step closer to release.

The fire retardant will deploy in P3DV5.4 however, could not actuate the drop doors (I did research your manual)

Looks like another v5.4 bug to me! Even the retardant effect doesn't look right. It might be that v5.3 is the absolute limit in terms of P3D functionality. You might be a step too far Butch!

Maybe.....Maybe not.. After all, you said you forged this from FSX tools.
