iniBuilds T-33 Jet Trainer Released

Absolutely awesome! So fun to get a chance to fly so many classic liveries.

Will the weirdness in the T-33's paint setup allow camo schemes? There was a single USAF T-33 painted in SEA camo that served in Iceland in the 70's. It'd be amazing to see in the sim.

Thanks Denny, I’m a big fan of the early Cold War era, so the “Silver” years of the USAF and NATO are right up my alley, lots of colorful schemes for sure.

Camo is another story. Still experimenting. Still a pain… ;)

Totally understand the paint kit is extra-challenging on this one. It's not like I don't have more liveries than I have time to fly as it is!

Also prefer the natural metal/silver paints! Grabbed and love a couple of your gray ones since those are the ones I saw as a kid. Just the 'nam camo with the sharks teeth looked particularly cool, but I realize mirroring might make that one undoable.

I should clarify, I love camo schemes too, I just don't love trying to get them to work on this model ;) The big issue is some surfaces are mirrored, and the decal system doesn't cover the whole airplane. Simple two colour variegated patterns like what Canada used is hard enough to pull off due to mirroring, and I think a three colour pattern like the SE Asia scheme would be pretty much impossible. Too bad, because I'd never seen that SEA camo T-Bird before and it's really cool!

Very fun scheme, I've done it before in another sim and it looks great.

...and yes, the radio compass loop antenna cover is white, something I've only seen on a few European NATO T-Birds.

Thank you Sir!! That's awesome, well worth the wait. I have a personal attachment to this particular airplane. I attempted to stand at the left wing leading edge and swing my leg up to get on the wing. . .something many of us had done before. I misjudged and my knee contacted the exact center of the leading edge and dislocated my knee. Spent several days in the Base Hospital, a reprimand from the Shop NCOIC and a local NOTAM that this practice was to cease, lol

Can't wait for more Day-Glo (Danish AF!). Any chance of us eventually seeing a 134th FW version?:
