Great shot Nick, love the colors of the plane with that sky! :ernae:

Some more shots at Plum Island by Bill Womack. Beauty of a shot Nick, had to go fly there. :ernae: (Bill, Plum needs your grass, although it's still awesome, don't get me wrong, would just be more awewomer, LOL)

Amazing shots!:applause::applause: The last one is now my wallpaper:ernae:

And you're right about Plum Island, it's awesome. It's my default airfield in FSX. Such a great atmosphere, especially after you add Joe Watson's sound effects to it.

Here's the original size, I'll delete it after awhile because it's big.

This is a very photogenic aircraft and this repaint makes her even more. I picked Plum Island and some of the Scenic Airstrips for a few screens.

Thanks for the Aircraft Lionheart and also to Bob for the awesome repaint.:icon29:

I'm hoppin on the bandwagon. Just bought the Kodiak through Paypal and am downloading now. I am too lazy to go through this whole thread but I believe Linohart made an update for the Kodiak. Can anyone tell me where to get it and how to get it since I purchased through paypal. Also with paypal, do I need a key? Where can I find some of these excellent repaints?

Purchase version is 2.2, so no additional updates is needed. At least that was the case when I purchased it through Flight1 wrapper.

My paints are downloadable here in SOH filelibrary.

thanks for the help. I hope I don't need a key because I haven't found one. Can't wait to try this plane out.

You know if you can't be bothered to look yourself, what makes you think I want to spend time looking for you?

Sorry to bring the thread down, but I do hate posts that effectively say "I can't be arsed, can you do it for me?" :173go1:

not at all what I intended. I figured anybody who had the plane would already have the update. I simply wanted to know where to get it. Im sure if you already had the update you wouldn't need to go find out if there is one again right?

Hey Raptor,

Interesting topic and very timely.

First off, no worries and doesnt hurt to ask. You have the latest Build. However, in about an hour, I will have a new Build which will be version 2.3. I had been working on it for the past 2 days. I found a flaw in all the rudders of all models and repaired them all. I also updated the fueling issue which keeps the turbine from spooling up 'swiftly'. That is now repaired.

To get version 2.3 from PayPal, you will simply look up your order and request a new download. You fill out a request form and then a link is sent over of the newest download file. The update is 'all' of the package, not just a small portion. All models and airfiles had to be udpated in all sims.

Paypal link to request newest download; http://payloadz.com/d1/lookup.asp

NOTE: PC Aviator people are evidently being sold version 2.1. According to one person who just purchased his, he had version 2.1. I will be getting with PC Aviator tomorrow on this issue and hopefully all will be worked out, and you will also go to them for updated downloads if you purchased your Kodiak through PC Aviator.

As soon as I have the update online, I will have contacts sent to SimFlight / SimMarket as well so they are updated. Flight1 also will be updated in the next 2 hours as well.

Always updating... :d

Just remember that with your repaints, save a backup of your aircraft.cfg file and copy/paste the 'new' repaint registries so you can paste those into the new aircraft config files. Remember, the new configs are changed.

Sounds excellent Bill:applause:

And a couple of paints (WIP), both of them are based on real world Cessna Caravan paints, just like FedEx earlier.
