Luftwaffe RF-4F Phantom coming up!

Markus, I am curious, what is the exact name of the file which is for the flightsuits/pilots within the texture file ?

Mike :salute:

Well, this file surprisingly is called "pilot_t.bmp". :icon_lol:
Edit: Quax was a little faster, but I had to prepare the thumb first...
As you can see at the attached thumb, I've added a semi-translucent orange-yellow layer upon the de-coloured and brightened jumpsuit textures.

btw:
That's a funny brochure you've posted!
Hard to believe these guys were meant to defend my country... :bump:
Looks like I'd have to upgrade the sleeve texture to show the badge of rank there.

Cheers,
Markus.

Thanks for the quick reply Markus ! The reason I asked is that I want to use your pilot texture modification for other Luftwaffe Phantoms in my Hangar... Mike :ernae:

Next one...

35+63 of AG51 "Immelmann" in special livery of the 1980's Tactical Air Meet, held at Zweibruecken AB:

Should be finished over the weekend...

Cheers,
Markus.

Bernd, you definetely don't have any reason to hide your works! :salute:

And here she comes:

3563_12.jpg

Major differences to the previous 35+62 job (besides the obvious TAM markings) are:
- altered camo setting on left air intake,
- tailhook warning,
- RESCUE marking.

Uploads done.
Enjoy!

Cheers,
Markus.

Markus, thanks for yet another beautiful Luftwaffe repaint ... Just installed some proper Zweibrucken AB scenery too.

Cheers ! Mike :germany:

Thanks again, guys!

Did you mean to leave the "62" on the nose wheel door?
These last two digits of the aircraft's code of course were corrected prior to release! Shots don't show the very last status.
(Although I have to admit that this is one of those typical details getting neglected on the last few meters before uploading...).

Thanks for mentioning anyway - it confirms that paying attention to those tiny items is getting appreciated! :salute:

Cheers,
Markus.

Sim vs. reality...

Just some shots I'd like to share:

Isn't it incredible what he has made out of just two screenies?

Cheers,
Markus.

Great images Markus, and forgot to mention, love the Avatar you have with the Phantom wearing the Pickelhaube ! Mike :wiggle:
