no no, I was practising for new year's eve fireworks...
But how does one raise the skies? Did not see any mention of it in the manual?

This is a fantastic plane! My new favoritest "puddle jumer"!
Anyone else having contact point issues, or did I mess something up? I appear to have fixed it my adjusting the contact points a wee bit.

Paul, as I got you have "advanced animation" off in FSX settings, so spring do not work, please try to put it on, hope that will not takes much FPS.
Skies rises with G key (same as default Maule)

. I notice that when i close the sim after a flight with the BirdDog, the simulator did not close normaly - i have to close it manualy from the Desktop and get an Error-Message. Did anyone else have that "problem". (I use Vista - and that problem appears only after I installed the BirdDog yesterday).Great fun to fly this Beauty - very well done.
