New Computer Advice Please

Its nearly been decades since I have either built or purchased a gaming computer. My original win xp64 computer will not be able to transition to win 11 from double boot win 10/win x64 to win 11/win xp64.
At this point I would like to find something within my price range. I think the following would suite me just fine, so that I could run cfs3 with Ankor's added on.

At that price point, it actually has a lot going for it (fast processor, decent memory) if you only need 1080P or less. It's basically a gaming laptop without the portability.
 
This one looks pretty decent in that general price range, with a few options to choose from at different price points:

If you aren't trying to run more than 1080p resolution, this would probably handle CFS3 quite well.

I would not recommend anything with less than 8GB of RAM.

That indeed would be a good choice for CFS3 and the GTX1660 wasn't a bad card.

I agree Corsair is a flagship, My existing tower case and many remaining parts inside are Corsair. However, I don't have that kind of resources anymore to spend on a gaming computer.

That's a pretty good deal IMHO.
 
If you're going for a desktop I would highly recommend a liquid cooled system. It may cost a few extra shekels but it will be well worth it IMO. My liquid cooled system has outlived all my air cooled systems by far.
