Description: Gmax model of the RM Cavour Class BB for CFS2

This is version 2.0 - Models are now Multi LOD and have new .dp files.

Two ships are included: RM_Cavour_Class_1939_LOD, RM_Cavour_Class_1941_LOD.

GMax Models are included.

I also found out that you had replaced the entire IJN escort carrier set, so I also removed the 2014 version from the library as well.
