or a registration would be on the other wing as well, but mirrored, really annoying. It also excludes camouflage patterns like RAF aircraft, since the pattern on both wings would be the same
 
When I saw it was updated, I went to the site to grab it. I then paused until I heard something positive from the painters here, mainly Jankees. When I saw that it was still mirrored, I put it on the back burner again. I won't spend the money and hope it's fixed. I've seen that happen over the past 20+ years of simming - not everything, no matter how obvious it is, gets fixed. Again, waiting to see the corrections here.

If you bought it from OrbX, FYI that as of the morning of April 8 US time they still haven't posted the update.

Reading the comments on the Discord, some issues definitely slipped through (like the wing mirroring fix not taking), so I'd expect a 1.0.3 to follow before too long anyway. Thus, I'm not feeling anxious to jump on this one as I'll wait for the next one to really get back into the Norseman.

Mirroring was fixed in the short-lived 1.0.2. Here's the full changelog so far:

  • Captain of the clouds reg on ZMX and USAAF liveries
  • Checklist added to Bush variant
  • Wing texture
  • Engines sounds updated and adjusted

The sounds are a big step up. Internal sounds have a nice low end now. The wing texture referred to a splotchy paint issue on one of the liveries they fixed.
