I rarely post here although I've been visiting regularly since the inception of OFF. I have both Phase 1 and 2 and today ordered Phase 3.

Actually I've never played any version of OFF, my system turns CFS3 into a slide show so I uninstalled it shortly after buying it and have never played it since (what's that been - six years?). Therefore I bought Phase 3 more out of my desire to support the cause than anything else, since I can't play it. This really is a remarkable day and I hope everyone here appreciates it.

Consider what has occurred here. A group of guys scattered around the world came together because of a flight sim. Their love of WWI aviation led first to a great mod, and today a full fledged commercial addon that exceeds the original CFS3 by a huge margin. It is a testament to their hard work, and dedication; as well as being an object lesson to all of us on just how far determination and cooperation can take you.

I salute the OFF team and send you my heartfelt thanks. Although I may never own a computer powerful enough to fully support OFF, I appreciate your efforts and wish you all the success. What you have achieved is quite remarkable. Thank you - very much! :applause:

Since everyone is celebrating i have to admit that i gritted my teeth when i saw the hefty pricetag.:faint:
Including shipping and taxes it´s slightly over 70 bucks for me and if it´s not shipped from within the EU and i am unlucky there will be another estimated 14 bucks for customs. That´s a lot of dough!

Mike if you click on the 'buy' button,you can convert the price to pounds (GBP) and it will add the postage.Works out around £40 including postage! Blame the weak pound for the price!

Thanks Hector looks like that would be the cost for Here in England. Afraid it's out of my price range will carry on with continue with P2.

This is good news. Thanks for all the hard work. I have sent along an order, and I look forward to installing Phase 3.

Many months ago I sent a reply to the OFF site which was supposed to create an "early order" process. That is those responding were supposed to get an e-mail ahead of the general release, and an opportunity to complete the order before the general release.

I have not seen such a message in my mailbox.

Has this idea been abandoned?
