Otter in 2020/24

Spent the last four days in Victoria BC. There were several DeHavaland Otters giving rides in the harbour.

That got me thinking that I don't think we have an updated Otter for either MS2020 or 2024. Anyone know of one or someone developing an Otter?

Blackbird Simulations is doing one. I'm very much looking forward to it, and I'm hoping they do the amphib and the turbo as well.

Oh, man, the amphibian isn't even optional. It's all we see up her in the PNW!
