Oz And Beyond!

Took off before dawn and headed farther south to Presque Isle Maine. Nice flight even though I got behind the rest of the crowd.

We flew on down to Boston for some beans and chowdah. Nice flight and I'm starting to get the hang of the Howard again.

:sheep: Hi folks,

Here we go leaving KPQI and heading for Bean Town (KBOS), well, that's what we used to call it! Had a headwind that wouldn't quit 50 to 60 kts most of the way.

We left Boston and flew on down to McGuire AFB with a flyover of New York City. Great flight and a good time had by all.

:applause:This around the world junket is almost over, we should be in the Big Easy by Sunday night. A few photos of last nights flight.

We left McGuire and headed on to Roanoke Virginia, with a direct flyover of Washington DC enroute. No Fly Zone? What No Fly Zone??

A few from the trip to Roanoke, Va. After looking at the shot of the Pentagon, I think the grassy area in the upper right is Arlington National Cemetery. Good flight.

We've left Virginia and headed on south to Atlanta Georgia. Nice flight although the Howard was seeming a bit slow tonight...

pics are in reverse order

We flew on from Atlanta down to New Orleans Lakefront airport (KNEW). Great flight and we're going to take a few days off to see the sights and re-equip ourselves with some jets.

Steamjets of the Caribbean

To kick off our flight south for the winter, we loaded up and did a test flight to Tampa KTPA. It's been a good while since I last flew the 727 and had a few issues, some of them self inflicted. But the passengers didn't scream too much, so it's all good!

Well, I was so busy with stuff on this first flight that I didn't really get many shots, but here's a few.
