P3D_V5 Screenshots P3D V 5

Initially it was a way to get rid of the (to me) unsightly blue canopy glass on port-over models, and to get a more realistic metallic appearance for natural metal skins. To be honest, the latter is a disappointment for me.

I would agree - the SSW 104 with PBR natural metal paints look distinctly non-reflective, non-metal i.e., dull looking! to my eye. By the way, I have you to thank very much for some of the very few USAF line SSW F-104 paints (SEA and 69th). Wish there were more.

Another P3Dv5 anomaly, Virtavia's A4 Syhawks fly without any problems, and can be easily installed via the dummy folder route.

Nice, SWS?

No IRST mounted under the nose, so it's not a B/N model, which is what SWS released, but rather the J. So that'd be either the MILVIZ J/S or the J/S model from the old/recently revived AS/Virtavia full-range model pack. Gauging from the canopy having the same tint as Expat's USAF F-4D screenshot earlier, which I know is the AS/V model, I'm guessing the VF-164 screenshot is the AS/V J model.

Plus I know he (like me) is a big fan of the AS/V model in it's newly reincarnated form.

That's just my guess.
