Screenshots!

I've always wondered how CFS3 would handle distortion as you approach the arctic. But a more northern map would be good - at guess, if you covered all of Scotland, the map will extend just far enough south to fit in the Brest Peninsula and the full Franco-German border. You'd get all of Denmark but wouldn't get enough of Norway to even get Oslo. Norway is so long it would probably take two maps to cover the region.

G,
Effing hell that's just beautiful...:jawdrop:!!

And John, I love those He115 texs and pics, just superb work.

With Ankor's shaders, hi res ground mesh texs, the bump mapping and tex of the Spit (is that one of John's?), just stunning.

I love coming to the screenies here, very inspiring. I keep getting amazed at the state of CFS3, most simmers just have no idea where's it's at.

If you look back and see when John started this post in 2012, it was that flat, non-reflective CFS3 world, then you see the glimmers (ha ha!) of what was being done in 2014...and now to this.

Thank you.

I have the firepower versions and the beta model Ta-152. They are fun to fly. A nice pit would be outstanding. Glad to see interest in them!

:applause::ernaehrung004: I hope details with each version, BTW, was ever anything published on how bombing was done without a bomb sight? I couldn't find much online.

I think they dropped their bombs same way as any fighter, dive bomb, shallow dive as far as I understand James. Did you see the youtube vid I put a link too in the Mosquito release thread, it's well worth a look.
When they bombed the Amiens prison, they slid the bombs down the street in the snow![h=3][/h]

I've been looking at it and am shocked to find there is no ACC RAF Hunsdon! http://www.wartime-airfields.com/raf-hunsdon.html. I may have to adapt one of the other ACC airbases to the task! Clearly an important Mossie airfield and needed for late TOW 1 (to after 1000k raids) and all TOW 2 eras (to either Hamburg '43 or Berlin early '44)

With that in mind, will there be some intruder versions as were at Hunsdon AFAIK?

Alas of course Op Jericho was launched from there.

Thanks MajorMagee and Mongoose

Hello John , That Ta-152 would be a great project to update. One of the finest single engine fighters ever produced. Would love to see it receive some TLC. Thanks. Scott
