I have a SU Mustangs optional skin package that was released free of charge at SkyUnlimited as OEM back in the day. It was done by various artist ,as it was open for repainting. If you are interested Clive, let me know and i can share them with you to upload here. It has some really nice ones and would add variety to the stock ones. Regards, Scott
 
The existing Hurricane external model that we have, by Patrick Didier, was too narrow. It made it very difficult to get all of the gauges and controls into the cockpit. The SU model is spot on in this regard. It's a shame it doesn't have the rear view mirror though.

Actually Clive, that's a new pilot model, made by Steve, not been released yet. I think I still have the one you are referring to though, I'll see if I can dig it out?

I thought it looked better than the one I was thinking of! If the old one is to hand then yes please, but don't go to any trouble if not.
 
Additional effects entries for the Hurricanes.

To make the static reticle disappear you need to add su_hurricane_reticle.dds to the shaders30\TextureMagic.ini file's [ReticleStatic] section.
The other method would be to modify the su_hurricane_reticle.dds in su_hurricane_shared_textures to have an alpha layer that is all black.

I get a virus warning when I try to download the Hurricane's package. Anyone else getting this?
 
Nothing here. I just rescanned it with no hits. A look through the folders and I don't see any executables included that might trigger a false positive. It does include an internet shortcut (now dead) in the extras folder that the other two don't have. www.skyunlimited.net.url
