Spaceflight in FSX: new developments .....

Hi, i test the Space Shuttle Atlantis whit de V2 Space gauge, and work fine in my FSX, very easy to fly at 900.000 FT, many thanks for that great job.
 
Hi, i find a lot of FREE 3D Models of Star Wars Ships and other Sci-fi ships, many star ships, whit hangar bay to landing, I try convert fron .3ds file to FSX Model and this is the result,

The ship is the Star Wars Corellian Corvette, but during the convertion, i lost the textures, I used ModelConverterX and FSDS, the ship, working whit AiCarriers, I need help to make sucessfully the convert, and I have some questions,
What its the polys limit, of the models to convert?
What its the best way to convert?

Looks like you need to re-size your textures to a power of 2 in a fsx format- DDS or BMP. Use DXTBMP to open, send to editor and resize from percentage to pixel and save . Looking good, the more ships the better!
Mr.Fitzgerald has graciously granted dispensation to overhaul his space goodies, so I've been ploughing through the library converting to AI format MDLX, assigning spec and light maps. A load of Star Trek stuff almost ready. I just made a buch of alterations to K-7 and night maps. Not too bad...

I really appreciate the hard work that must've gone into this, but i'm a little confused (easy!). Is there a working version of all this great stuff anywhere yet?
 
As Rob indicated, the gauge package is in the library. There are a heck of a lot of space and aerospace craft in various libraries. Search Bruce Fitzgerald, Tim Conrad, Ricardo Peixoto Jr, star wars, star trek, Battlestar galactica- loads of models come up. The 'type 9 shuttle' is in simviation and FS.com. Space Shuttle Orbiter by Bruce. ACV-15 carriers, BSG AI are in fs.com and simviation. Space stations are in 'orbital meta-structures' at simviation.
The revised star trek and BSG AI models by Bruce will be along shortly with the Starbase and K-7 stations.

Do you have the courage and dignity required to make it as a Dwarfer?

I working the last week, in the convert of the Imperial Destroyer, whit landable hangars bays. But i have problems whit the main´s hangars, exit one panel in the hangars it should not be...
 
If the texture of the hangar door has an exclusive space on the texture map (which I doubt a bit) you could try to make it invisible by setting a transparent alpha channel behind that area on the texture map.

Anyone aware of any FSX scenery for Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. It is missing in the default scenery and I have looked all over but cant find anything.

per your request - i have remade the Enterprise Refit , with doors reverse animated and put in a hangar deck with hardened plats as well as hardened the top of the saucer section
sim.cfg is per readme spec - nav gauge finds it easily ,
uploaded to SimV a sec ago so make take a few to process
