T-38A Is OUT!

Sorry but even though you post here, we can't do any support until you post it in the closed forums at our site.

Thanks for your purchase...

Still havent bought this bird, why ?? who knows, maybe because it's the 4th F5 variant I would buy, but This looks awesome but I have enough skill to skip this and Hit the Strike Eagle, with both Talons on the Warthog, walk the throttles baby!!! :salute:

Peter, I promise you this is NOT another F5 variant. I have all three of the F5s and this plane is as close to the real plane as you will likely get in FSX. More than one, while flying the T-38A, I have felt deja vu. It was like I was back in the real airplane. The only thing missing was the pucker factor.

One night I flew a into Mac Dill, AFB in Tampa, FL at night. I was flying IFR and you know how FSX ATC can direct you all over the sky. Well, I flew in off the water and could not pick out the base from all the other lights. I had to go around and get re-vectored. Again I couldn't find the runway, until the very end. I managed to land.

At that point I was sweating and grateful to finally be on the ground. That was pretty real to me.

Note that stencils instructions on Turkish T-38 are mostly in Turkish
language or bilingual.

"Rescue/Kurtar" for the safety yellow arrow
and
"Tehlike" for the ejection seat warning triangle

The T-38A SP is now out. For all those that purchased it from our site, feel free to just reinstall it.

For those that purchased it from other sites, please go to where you got it and get it...

(did that make sense?)

We did a lot of work on this to make it nicer than it was...

And all of the bugs that we could kill were ... uh.. killed!

how do i reinstall the SP?

i downloaded the new v2 and clicked in the reinstall but using the original key file with the paypal code give me that the password is incorrect???

is correct to use the first version purchase data? is not working...

Can we get a changelog for what's new in the service pack? I wasn't able to find one in the docs, and I haven't seen any differences in flying the aircraft?

krazycolin, just two things:
- I can´t find the register buttom for Milviz forum. Can you help me?
- As i can´t register now, just a little question in here: Do i have to uninstall the t38 or just delete the folder to install the new one? I can´t find a uninstall for it.

Thanks! :salute:

if you read the manual (or the quickstart) it tells you how to register... (info at milviz dot com)

Just install over. Should be fine.

Can´t find any information about registering in the forums in this two documents:
- Milviz T-38A POH.pdf
- Quick guide T38.pdf

But managed to do a correct install myself. Thanks! :salute: :salute:

lever position < 85%.

2. I've also modified the "clack" sound to play in both directions. IOW, when leaving AB you will hear a "clack" to

let you know you're back at MIL power.

3. I've also added some "time of day" checks to reduce the AB "flames" during the daytime.

4. Installed Chuck's animated pilots.

5. Updated the T-38A's external sounds with Fabio's revised .wav files.

CHANGE LOG:

CHANGE LOG
07/20/11
==========
1. Helmet Visors are "up" at night/dawn/dusk, "down" during daytime. Removed the "shadows" from the standard white

helmet texture.

3. Cloned fwd AoA needle for aft panel.

4. Disabled "Yaw Damper" while on ground. If 3d switch is "on" the sim command for "Yaw Damper" is activated.

5. Installed Bob's revisions to the Gear Warning and extend/retract logic, updated trimmed gearup.wav file, revised

aircraft.cfg extension times for gear.

6. Installed Bob's revised "Buffet Sound" and "Buffet System" logic. Tests fine for me here. I have of course

retained the original logic, "just in case..."

7. Reworked the fwd speedbrake control to make it a "slider" rather than a "rocker." If this is okay, then I'll

clone/past to the aft control as well.

8. Brightened the exterior model's lightmap for the panels so they can be seen through the canopy glass.
