Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

I am a little confused (not that unusual) but I have had a Mitsubishi F-1 and T-2 in my FS9 hanger for a long time (2009 ish), they are nice models and fly well. This is the text that came with the F-1:

“ Mitsubishi F-1 Supporting fighter Package. This model includes updates and fixes. The Mitsubishi F1 Supporting fighter, which is similar in configuration to the Jaguar, is the combat version of the T-2 trainer. The model of four variations of Bomb(Mk82), DropsTank, Missile(ASM-1 and ASM-2), and Normal and the model for AI are a set. Gauge control was attained in the photoreal virtual cockpit. It is full automatic, and it ejects and a drag shoot is stored.. It will work in FSX (Sp2 tested) but Lear 45 AOA gauge will be rejected. Model design by Daisuke Yamamoto Peinted by Hiroaki kubota (KBT) Effect xml gauge is made by Toshikazu Shimizu.

Adapted to work OK in FSX by Danny Garnier. Panel made useable with FSX compatible gauges.

Uploaded to Simviation only by Danny Garnier. October 2009

For reliable FSX adapted aircraft search Danny Garnier in Simviation.com. I only upload my updates to simviation.com. Other sites take my updates every time.
Octobre 2008”

I am assuming they are different from the Piglet models you have made available for FS9?

It also has a nice 2D panel (I added the throttle and radar):

Mike, yours is by the FS_KBT team from Japan
Indeed. They made a Mitsubishi F-1 and a T-2CCV for FS2004, an experimental, similar to the Sepecat Jaguar ACT; I can't remember whether they ever did a vanilla T-2. The version you have is one tweaked for FSX.

Tim made both a F-1 and a T-2 for FSX, fine models as you would expect. Alex has done a reverse-Garnier, and brought Tim's FSX models into FS2004.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to lay down in a darkened room. :D

Edit - Correction as per Wolfebee

Some more goodies for the F-1 and F-2. :wiggle:

So, I got to playing around with the KBT F-1 and T-2CCV again. :wiggle:
Really, I wanted to see if the T-2CCV could share the same folders, .air file, and the other stuff with the F-1.
It fits, mostly. All you have to do is copy the Panel folder over to the F-1 main folder after renaming it.
Same gauges and .cfg file numbers work just fine.

So, I got to wondering where the T-2CCV was based.
Wiki and Google say it flew out of "Nagoya". Right city, wrong airport.
A little more digging and I find out it actually flew out of Gifu Aero (RJNG).

I figured this out because, somewhere, I found an AFCAD for Gifu and installed it. I pulled up RJNG in AFCAD and check the parking spots.
Some of them are labelled as "Test". :geek: Bingo!

I'm including the Gifu AFCAD in case you want it. I installed this many years ago when I was building up JSDF bases. Its pretty sparse but at least its there. Just drop the BGL file in your ADDON SCENERY scenery folder.
