Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Tim Conrad Morane Saulnier MS760 for FS9 FS2004 2026-10-05

No permission to download
Even so, we still must abide by any restrictions or comments as stipulated in his docs/readme's, should there be any,
apologies beforehand, if I am out of line, especially as it appears to be a legal grey zone, with respect to @anels9 being unable to upload his conversions to the SOH library - and having to use mediafire, as is also the case here https://sim-outhouse.org/sohforums/threads/tim-conrad-mitsubishi-f1-and-t2-for-fs2004.168874/ but what then of George Arana's authorized - circa 2022??? (- doubt it) conversion to P3D of Tim Conrad's OV-10 Bronco https://sim-outhouse.org/sohforums/resources/p3dv4-ov-10-bronco-air-attack-pack.3517/ and which is also available at simviation https://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=Arana+Conrad, not to mention all Arana's conversions to native P3D of Tim Conrad's releases at avsim flight library https://library.avsim.net/extsearch...[author]=Conrad&extended_search[category]=101

anyhow, double standards much? or am I missing something?

I have noticed that landing lights don't work very well , no lightening of the runway. Very good however !!

Nah, thei’re just for the Base (FSX) model… so you only need to convert them with DXTBMP… and they will work… as you see in my pics above… i’ve used exactly those linked files… and just converted them back to FS9… works like a charme…
Could you give a little how-to? I did some search on the internet but the plane stay grey. Thank you?

Don't forget that you'll also have to resize many texture files to 1024 pixels (the biggest FS9 can use) both the main image and the alpha channel.

Wolfebee, I have not participated in any prior discussion and was't really able to trace what has happened here. But as far as I know Anel9 only asked whether anybody knew how to contact Tom Conrad (Piglet). Many have made attempts, but none succeeded. After an incident here at the SOH, I had e-mail contact with him for a while, but he was seriously disappointed in the flightsim community and vanished.

I can't recall Anel9 asked permission to upload his altered files here at the SOH. And in that case I would have referred to Tim's readme file inside original package, which is reasonably clear in my opinion.

Also ,if you want to re-post the plane, or its repaints, on your site, or another site, please ask me first:) I usually say yes, unless my plane been too corrupted or hacked by you or others.

I only upload to Flightsim.com, and Sim-Outhouse.com. If you find one of my planes anywhere else, I cannot help you, or guarantee its integrity. Whoever re-posted the plane might be better able to help you if you have any trouble, if he did any mods and left an e-mail addy

I have nothing against other sites,(well, just the pirate assholes!) I just want to keep things simple, and easy to track.

So, as I read it, people are allowed to upload it, as long as they take responsability and put their own contact details in the file.

Kind regards,
Huub
