A new update to the VRS TacPack is available in the usual way for FSX/P3D.

[FIXED] Report error value on failed SimConnect_Open(), and call it with SIMCONNECT_OPEN_CONFIGINDEX_LOCAL
[FIXED IN P3D 2.5 HOTFIX 3] P3Dv2.5 hotfix 2 and below - MP carrier just jumps from place to place rather than moving smoothly - see here
