just got a couple of edges too square away, and a couple of minor tweeks and i'll have a bare metal template ready.
 
Imagine pulling up next to a tubeliner in one of these things. Wonder what the passengers would think, let alone the pilots.

Looking forward to a factory fresh MiG-21 in bare metal. :ernae:

been doing it regularly, chased some of my F-104 Ai last night and ended up in West Germany... someones just given the West a MiG :icon_lol:

Yep, me too... but until now, that stunt was reserved for the MiG-25. I usually make sure I have a full compliment of "Archer's" along for the ride. :redfire:

The USAF Systems command rec'd 6 MiGs from isreali (captured) stocks. but they where F13 models.

Matt - This is a little off-topic, but based on your previous posts I thought you may be able to answer the question - I am watching "The Bourne Identity" right now on the tube - the movie ends at what looks like a delightful little ville on a sparkling blue sea, all the homes and buildings are very white - do you know if the closing scene of the film was shot in Greece and, if so, where in Greece?

sure do.... yup it was shot in Greece on Mykonos, my back yard so to speak, the Aigaios (Aegean Sea) :salute:
 
Another couple of bare metal schemes, and i'm taking a small break from the bare metal and going back too complete a couple of cammo schemes.
 
Thanks for the thumbnails, Steve - looking forward to adding ALL the schemes as soon as they're out. Really sharp looking!
 
LGMK is Mykonos itself, if you have the HSP base and Mesh Greece really does stand out as a great place to fly...

now back to my own oddball MiG's, none of which are actual :icon_lol: all fictional :icon_lol:
