Vertigo Studios F9F 1.2 Update

Glad to hear about the update. The Panther in general and this model in particular is just a great looking aircraft. Smooth lines and a very stable flight model.
:ernae:

hell I don't remember where I got mine from........:isadizzy:I think I bought it through VSstudios but with my old email.

Deano, like papab I got my F9F from FS Pilot Shop and I don't feel like paying $5 to reactivate my download link. I registered at pcsimstore and filed a service ticket at your site. Look forward to hearing from you and I appreciate the good customer service. :salute:

Everyone that sent in a support ticket has been answered and adhered to.

The NEW patch is now ready for download and good to go.

Sorry about the hickup.

Deano, a BIG thank you for offering the PCSimStore "bypass". IMHO it is weird FSPilotshop charges a $5 administrative fee to renew a download link so customers can access their product updates - they lost at least one customer today.

Administration Fee :monkies:

It is a bit arse-about-face

Oh, more than one.

Just got done testing the update and all issues are confirmed fixed!

Big thanks to Deano & those behind the scenes who worked hard to iron out the outstanding issues with this excellent model!

As an additional Bonus, if you add the F9F Panther and Panther Paint Expansion Pack to your cart, you will receive the Expansion Pack For FREE.

I hate us early Panther customers aren't able to capitalize on that but I'm sure we'll more than make up for that in future new releases and deals on previous releases.

Thanks Deano,

like other people here I bought the F9F from FSPilotShop and need to reactivate the download link. Filed a service ticket and got a free download link.

Is the aileron movement, or lack thereof, on the control stick one of the issues that got fixed?

Yes, that was fixed.

I may be wrong but it seems the interior canopy reflections have been revised(retextured) to a degree. They look incredible now

Yes indeed it is fixed. many thanks to VS for that. I'm sure this has been asked about a hundred and fifteen times, but any chance we may see a Cougar version of the F9F?

Been hoping for a TF-9J for years, one was recetly released for FS9 along with the fighter and recon variants however they don't port particularly well.

TF-9 Cougar

I know that Deano had plans at one point that included follow-on Cougar's. Is there sufficient interest for him to put it into production? I, for one, would buy it in a heart beat. Deano?
