Straight FSX/Accel. . .I won't ever have FTX so not to worry about that.:salute:Looking forward to it.
Will this be for default FSX or would FTX or something be required for correct placement?. . . . .
Ed it's been fun seeing you evolve into a scenery guru, you just amaze me how far you have come. Keep up the good work and most of all have fun!!!!
Thanks guys. . .this has been a real bear of a model (course all of em are for me, lol). I had a lot of trouble with the window frames on the Gazebo and so I built a frame on the ground, then rotated to a vertical and then hand placed it into two openings. . .phew. Each side of course is a different angle so each frame has to be rotated to match and then moved into place. . . .I keep working around that process for now, lol. The buildings have 2x2 slats vertically placed all the way around both buildings at about 12" spacing, that's been fun as well. I think I'm gonna go listen to some music and then go to bed, lol.![]()
Interesting the almost infinite number of ways of modeling. When I did my version of Whistler I relied heavily on textures with a very low poly model.
I had not really planned for it to be a scenery object in that sense. The Gazebo and tool shed are pretty unique to this particular Waterdrome. I could make the dock segments themselves a separate item that could be place elsewhere, maybe add a generic shed or other building in place of the Gazebo and Shed. Will this be a Library Object you can place anywhere using the ADE Object Placement Tool?
